MRO Insyte’s solution

Working with production and maintenance teams MRO Insyte concentrated on regular and high downtime cost failures, conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and after working through ways of mitigating the current failures MRO Insyte highlighted the spares required to ensure downtime was minimised.  Spares with no recorded movements were analysed and a Bill of Materials (BoM) programme put in place (see bill of materials case study)
